I went to a refrigeration line nobody wanted to take.
San Bernardino. Rough-looking house. No grass. Everybody already decided there was no money there.
I went anyway.
I had a van, one pair of channel locks, and I took my time with the customer. We talked, I listened, I built the relationship, and I gave them options.
I walked out with a $31,000 job and a five-star review.
That’s why I don’t judge the call before I get there.
Sometimes the opportunity is there. You just have to slow down enough to see it.
