CLM is a full service Maintenance and Repair Company that self-performs Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Handyman and Fencing services with our own W-2 employees throughout the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. CLM employs 63 employees operating offices in both Chicago, IL and Detroit, MI. While half of our field technicians are dispatched from one of our two off

ices, the other half of our field techs are dispatched from their homes. This approach to servicing our customers has allowed us to be particularly strong not only in major metropolitan markets but also in more remote areas throughout the states we serve. Additionally, CLM has a database comprised of over 3,000 active vendor partners throughout the Continental US. These vendors are vetted and verified and adhere to strict guidelines that CLM has put into place. We have established these relationships as customer needs have arisen allowing us to provide an all-encompassing service solution for our customers in keeping with our Company Motto: “Providing quality service curbside to door…ceiling to floor!”
