6 years plus of Commercial and Mechanical Plumbing experience required.

You must have a clean driving record and keep a clean driving record.

This position will require you to manage and run plumbing and/or gas jobs in a commercial environment. Your work must be neat, clean and follow engineered blue prints. You must comply with all OSHA safety requirements.

Examples of materials you must have experience working with include: Copper (sweating, threaded and pro press), Victaulic Fittings, All plumbing valves types, Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel Pipe, PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron, Plumbing Instruments

Examples of skills you must have experience working with include: Solder and pro press copper pipe and fittings, Pipe threading and grooving, Gas lines (underground and above ground), Gas Regulators, Pipe hangers and supports, Running water, drain, vent lines to accommodate new plumbing fixtures and equipment, Installing plumbing fixtures and equipment, Saw cutting concrete, Backflow Preventer install and repair, Backflow Preventer testing

Other Requirements: Must communicate with project manager to ensure a smoothly running job site, manage apprentice and/or journeyman plumbers on job site, communicate material/equipment needs to office, turn in daily materials used, keep track of hours and location worked and turn in weekly

Hours: M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, some weekends will be required, some over time will be required

Pay rate is based on experience.

This is a project we recently completed with Paul Risk Construction in Avondale,PA.

It isn't every day that you get to build a state of the art doggy day care and boarding facility. Camp Bow Wow in Avondale provided us the opportunity to do just that. They opened the doors to their new location a few weeks go, and we stopped by to see how things are going...but mostly to pet some of their customers.

Camp Bow Wow's services include day care, boarding, training, and grooming. If you want to see what your pup is up to, you can log on and watch a live stream of the action. They even offer luxury suites with TVs and personal live streaming cameras.
