We haven't done a window this size in quite a while...we may be getting older and move a little slower...but we still get it done! We also had the homeowner and an additional set of hands to hoist this into place. 7ft wide x 8.5ft tall. Not sure exact weight but we estimate between 550-600lbs. I'm 6ft 3in and you can see the size comparison. And yes, if I sell you the windows I'll be working to install them as my blue shirt was pretty soaked in the picture! Turned out great.

Had to get this large Andersen Windows + Doors 100 series window put together today for install mid week. We mulled these 2 units together. 7ft wide and 8.5ft tall. It was all 2 guys could budge and load into the trailer.

Nothing like fresh finish on lumber. Shop is full with pieces for several jobs right now.

Spent the last few days installing these windows. These are Andersen A-series casement and fixed window units. They were ordered prefinished in honey color and then jambs and casing were milled and finished in our shop. If you ever wanted to lift heavy windows these are the ones for you!

Did 16 pocket fit windows the last few days. Took out some old Andersen and Kolbe & Kolbe sashes and put in new Andersen 100 casement and stationary units. Aluminum coil wrap on exterior and new cove stops on interior. Looks great. Old windows are dark hardware and new windows are white. First 4 pictures are before and rest are new.

Was 1 degree when we started this morning, but we got it all installed and finished by 1230pm. If you can stand the cold...

Was 1 degree when we started this morning, but we got it all installed and finished by 1230pm. If you can stand the cold for a few minutes while we swap the old for new then you too can have a brand new door installed this time of year by us! Call today before the new year price increases!
