So this is a job that I did as a Christmas present for my parents. I started on it shortly after Christmas but because of weather conditions I could only do a little at a time. I used a sand topping mix to resurface their patio. This kind of project was a first for me. I patched the cracks before I began resurfacing.

These pics are from a sod job I recently took care of. These pics are of the same general location. This particular soil was mostly clay with little grass. I started by removing turf. Then after doing a soil test, I removed a lot of the topsoil which was mostly clay. Then I amended the soil with what was needed according to the soil test. And finally, I installed high quality Bermuda sod from Winstead Turf Farms . The pics range from day 1 to a month later with weekly pics during the month that show progress as the sod began to root into the soil. Call me for professional hi quality landscaping!
