With experienced crew members on each and every job, we are able to tackle everything from Timber-Frame, Custom Log Homes, and Conventional construction. We cover it all from additions, repairs, restoration, or even to build
you an entire home from the ground up. In-house drawing services are also available

We are also CSP (Certified Snow Professionals) providing snow and ice management to local commercial and industrial properties throughout Warren, Washington, and Saratoga Counties from November through as late as early May some years. That means you can expect a
quality result, in a reasonable amount of time. We only recommend quality products that keep

Dock System | Old Forge, NY

The best way to enjoy the Adirondacks starts at the water’s edge.

For this project at Camp Mark Seven in Old Forge, our team replaced the existing dock system with a custom-built solution designed for the property.

We not only met county and town code requirements, but also satisfied the requirements of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Established in 1982, Camp Mark Seven is a welcoming Adirondack retreat that provides educational, recreational, and spiritual programs for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and KODA/CODA individuals. With full communication access and camaraderie in American Sign Language, the camp welcomes participants from across the United States and beyond for outdoor adventure, personal growth, and lasting friendships.

An Office Space Transformation on Schroon Lake’s Main Street

This project from our portfolio features an office building prominently located on the main street in Schroon Lake. If you have ever walked or driven through town, you have seen it.

The transformation included one of our favorite products, DiamondKote by LP. The client chose Midnight for the color. The project also included new windows by Andersen, a custom timber-frame entryway, wall sconces, recessed outdoor lighting, and more. We completed all the design renderings in-house. Custom lighting details—including an eye-catching antler chandelier—add warmth and Adirondack character to the building’s welcoming entrance.

A Fresh Kitchen Without Starting From Scratch

For this Schroon Lake remodel, our returning client wanted to update the kitchen while making smart use of the existing cabinetry. We blended select original cabinets with a new island, countertops, tile flooring, and other updated finishes to create a refreshed, functional space.

Thoughtful remodeling is not always about replacing everything—it is about recognizing what still works and improving the rest.
