Integration of coustom built Walnut floating shelves.

Integrated 4" can lites; all new electrical tied into existing electrical circuits.

Drywall repairs and bathed imperfect drywall texture.

Painted the wall with Sherwin Williams Agreeable Grey and stained the shelves with Butcher Block Conditioner.

Cement board install with redgaurd waterproofing

Rework rough framing for shower niche

Permits Pulled
Safe off electrical at pool equipment.
Cut and capped plumbing
1" holes drilled into the bottom
Back filled with 2' section of Class 2 base rock
Back filled with 6' of sand
Cut 2' off the top edge of bond beam from the pool shell
Then final lift of native soil
Off haul and demo concrete pool deck

Remove and Off haul existing property line fence

Built new 7' Tall Redwood fence
Constructed of 4x6 Pressure Treated Posts and 3 rail 2x4 Pressure Treated.

Finished off with a clear stain
