The final pour is officially in the books at the La-Z-Boy Cross Dock Facility in Dayton, Tennessee. From midnight starts to early mornings, our crews showed up pour after pour ready to get the job done.

We recently hosted our Subcontractor Appreciation Day as a chance to say thank you to the crews and partners who help bring our projects to life. It was a great day filled with good food, fellowship, giveaways, and time spent with the people who play such an important role in the work we do.

Breaking ground on something big for East Brainerd!

The Tyson & Associates team was proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Collective Chattanooga, a new 30 acre lifestyle destination planned for the intersection of East Brainerd Road and Morris Hill Road.

The development is designed to bring destination dining, wellness, entertainment, professional services, boutique retail, and community gathering spaces together in one walkable environment. At the heart of The Collective will be a signature greenspace featuring a covered performance stage, event lawn, outdoor gathering areas, dining patios, and year round programming.

We’re excited to be part of bringing a new destination to the Chattanooga community and look forward to sharing the progress as The Collective comes to life.

Ground has officially been broken on Ofland Smoky Mountains in Townsend, Tennessee!

Set on 27.6 acres just five minutes from the Cades Cove entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the new boutique outdoor hotel will feature 75 cabins along with a lodge, general store, heated pool, oversized hot tub, outdoor drive-in movie theater, and more.

Tyson & Associates is proud to serve as a local construction partner leading the build of the site alongside an incredible team of construction and design partners. Ofland Smoky Mountains is expected to bring approximately 30 permanent jobs to the Townsend community and surrounding area.

Last week, the entire Tyson & Associates team came together on site at our La-Z-Boy Dayton project for a company-wide safety meeting. Taking the time to learn, communicate, and reinforce safe practices helps ensure everyone on our jobsites can do their best work and return home safely at the end of the day.

This 20,000 square foot luxury pet resort at Pet Paradise Clift Farm in Madison, Alabama marks the third Pet Paradise location Tyson & Associates has had the opportunity to build.
