Today we started our latest septic system at this new construction home. Lamarre Concrete dropped off our tank and pipe materials, tank set, field started and off to a productive start. Next we will be trucking in the remaining field sand and stone then we can begin plumbing everything together. 👍

We got started on this retaining wall in New Ipswich today. We removed the existing wooden retaining wall that had extensive rot, prepped the new wall footing and got our first course of block in. The prep work is the most time consuming part, tomorrow we should be able to fly through the remaining three courses and get this wrapped up.

We got most of the interior backfill completed, septic hole cored, and the water line installed. Now the plumbers can run there utilities under the slab, get inspected then we can complete the backfill and prep for concrete.

We finnished up the interior and exterior rough sub grade. We removed 400+/- CY of fill from the interior of this building in preparation for gravel. Next we will dial in the interior and finnish compacting to start utilities.
