Another big project completed by Gillen Fencing for a returning customer on their newly purchased home!

This 700 linear foot project replaced an old fallen-down fence that was no longer pool code compliant. The homeowners had a survey completed to establish the exact property lines and boundaries, allowing us to fence in the majority of the property while still meeting pool code requirements.

Project included:• 150 feet of vinyl fencing• 550 feet of chain link fencing with top and bottom rail

Before and after of another transformation completed in Swarthmore, PA.

For this installation, we removed the existing wooden spaced picket fence and upgraded the property with a 6-foot-high, four-rail black aluminum fence, giving the yard a more classic and elegant look.

The project included a 10-foot-wide double drive gate along with two 4-foot-wide single gates—one at the front of the property and another along the rear for convenient neighbor access.

To help keep their dog safely contained, we also trenched the fence line into the ground to prevent digging underneath.

In addition to the fence installation, we handled stump dig-outs and removals to properly prepare the area before installation.

We’re proud to deliver another clean, secure, and long-lasting fence for a great customer in the Swarthmore community.

To ensure a perfect fit, we cored directly into the garage foundation and carefully stepped the section to follow the grade, eliminating gaps and keeping the yard fully enclosed. We also installed two access gates for convenient, functional entry points.
