Looking for an affordable fence solution? We now offer the same custom built, durable and long lasting fence construction we’re known for but by using pressure treated boards it can saves thousands off the entire project.

On this project the homeowners only needed a single section of fence and more importantly needed about 100 years of patchwork metal and wood fencing, we demolished everything that was in the way, built a completely new fence and brought piece of mind to the homeowner as well as the neighbor all while saving everyone on costs. 🌲🪵⚒️👍🏻

After building a fence for the neighbors on both sides the homeowners of both these brownstones in Harlem decided to hire us to build a fence across the rear of both yards while keeping the yards open and shared, a very rare site these days.

On this project we worked with the homeowners who provided the design to create their backyard dream scape. We built a generous sized permeable bluestone patio complete with custom cut outs for planting and a pea gravel area with a planting area as well as a place for a chicken coop.

We like using ground contact rated pressure treated posts for a few reasons, mainly so we can build our fences custom on site based on the soil conditions and elevations of each homeowners backyard.

One extra step we like to take is applying an added layer of waterproof sealer to the area most likely to rot in order to get the maximum life out of the posts.
