If your home or business just took heavy lightning and hail, your roof took the hit first.

Even if you don't see a leak, storm damage starts small and gets expensive fast. Here is what every homeowner and business owner should look for RIGHT NOW:

1. Exterior Damage: Look for missing, cracked, or lifted shingles, dents or bruising from hail, and damaged flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights.
2. Gutters & Downspouts: Check for shingle granules, dents, or clogs. Granule loss is a sign your roof's protective layer was damaged.
3. Interior Signs: Go into your attic and upper floors. Look for active drips, water stains on ceilings/walls, damp insulation, or daylight coming through the roof boards.
4. Commercial Flat Roofs: Business owners - check for standing water, punctures in the membrane, and debris blocking drains.
