🏠 What’s happening in your attic? It’s not always obvious.

During this attic inspection, we found several bathroom fans venting into the attic, which can introduce excess moisture where it doesn’t belong. Thankfully, there were no visible signs of mildew or major moisture damage—but the ventilation still needs to be corrected.

We also noticed sap developing on some of the wood, which can be an indication that the lumber is getting too hot.

The good news? The attic was well insulated. 👍

🔍 Proper attic ventilation matters. Catching issues early can help protect your roof, insulation, and home from future problems.
