The Onyx was designed for Pacific Northwest living, and it was wonderful to see it filled with familiar faces from the Kingston Homes community last Friday.

We welcomed past buyers, friends, and local brokers for a beautiful fall evening at our newest model home in Felida. It was a great opportunity to gather, catch up, and share a closer look at the thoughtfully designed spaces that make The Onyx so special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to join us!

The bedroom is where all those design details start to feel a little more personal.

For the final video in our series with interior designer Aundra Lilles, she takes us through the bedroom she staged in this Kingston Homes residence, sharing how she brought together color, texture, and detail to create a space that feels comfortable and inviting. It’s a great example of how thoughtful styling can change the way you experience a room, without taking away from the character of the home itself.

This recently completed residence at 1905 NW 123rd St is ready to become yours. To experience the design and craftsmanship for yourself, reach out to Chris Galyon at (360) 521-7565 | Parker Brennan Real Estate.

A home is personal. So is the experience of building one.

Hearing how the experience feels from the other side of the process is always incredibly meaningful. Our clients are at the heart of what they do, and each of their homes holds a story.

Every project is different, from the earliest ideas to the final details and finished space. We’re so grateful to our clients, past and present, who trust us to guide the journey.

Back to school means routines are kicking in, calendars are filling up, and the pace of everyday life is about to get a little busier.

That’s when the thoughtful details of a home really start to make a difference.

From a practical drop zone for backpacks and shoes to a kitchen island that becomes homework central, the right features can help your home keep up with everything happening inside it.

Here are a few home features you’ll appreciate even more once the school year gets underway.

What would make the biggest difference in your day-to-day?

There’s a lot to work with when the home itself gives you a good starting point.

Next in our series with Kingston Homes interior designer Aundra Lilles is a walk through of a few of the open spaces in our latest build, and how the colors, textures and finishes in the space inspired her staging choices.

It’s a great approach for anyone looking to bring a considered touch to a new or existing space — less about starting from scratch, and more about noticing what’s already working, then finding pieces that complement well.

This recently completed Kingston Homes residence at 1905 NW 123rd St is now available!
