New construction of steps with proper footings and pinning (no more settling 😉), paired with a fresh flagstone walkway, brining back that “welcome” feeling to the main entrance.

Roots causing havoc on a old drainage system. Checking and pulling old pipes, and a root tail coming with it, you know you’re in for some updates and repairs. But a new curtain drain install for the win. Back to no more standing water or saturated lawn.
