💥Septic tank replacement💥

🚨This customer recently purchased this property and during his inspections, it was brought to his attention that the septic tank and both distribution boxes were deteriorated and structurally compromised.

✅️We replaced the deteriorated concrete septic tank with a 1250-gallon septic tank and replaced both distribution boxes as well. We capped everything off with a fresh layer of topsoil to help get this lawn back in shape.

💥Septic System Replacement💥

We recently completed this replacement in Redding, CT. We were apart of this project from the start. We began with soil testing, but due to some challenges within the property, an engineer was required by the Health Department to complete the design. Once the design was completed we got right to work.

This property currently has another functional septic system for an adjacent cottage making it difficult to find an area for the 4-bedroom septic system needed for the main house. Poor soil conditions, 1"-40min perc rate, wetlands, and the existing well radius made it interesting to say the least.

This septic system consists of a 1250-gallon septic tank and a 1250-gallon pump chamber. The leaching area consists of 3-64' rows of 1x4 concrete galleries installed in a very large sand bed.

🍦🚛 UPDATE: Yesterday we tried turning the pump truck into an ice cream truck to beat the heat wave...

Turns out, people get real suspicious when you offer them "chocolate soft serve" from a 4,000-gallon septic tank. 💩❌

The ice cream business is on pause, but we are still out here keeping your septic maintained.
