Timelines and time frames are one of the most important things in construction, so you need the right team to make sure that gets done.

I Paid $500K For This House

I paid $500,000 for this house in one of the wealthiest counties in New Jersey. Had to pay $20,000 over market price to purchase it. After spending all that money, nothing was salvageable. We had to destroy the entire house and redo all underground plumbing and above ground plumbing, run a whole new electrical system and put in a brand new HVAC heating and cooling system. Fixing and repairing all of this is going to cost another $120,000. Follow along to see how we bring this gut rehab project to the next level and see if we make a profit.

Before construction, my personal passion for sneakers turned into a full-time business. I own Kickclusive, exclusive footwear resell store EST 13. We specialize in limited sneakers, exclusive sneakers, collectibles, apparel and high-end clothing including Jordan, Adidas, Louis Vuitton, with celebrity clients shopping in store. I always had a love for sneakers so I built Kickclusive first, then stepped away from the sneaker business to start my construction company for myself. Once both blew up and started doing really well, I came back and now I juggle multiple businesses at the same time.
