We're so proud of Alisha for this opportunity!

One of the things we love most is getting to work alongside Hyla Nursery to create beautiful landscapes. Alisha helps our clients choose the right plants for our desert climate, and at Bernie's Landscaping, we design and build the outdoor spaces that bring it all together.

If you've ever wondered what plants grow best in Ridgecrest, how to save water, or just want to learn more about Landscaping in our area, we encourage you to stop by her presentation at the Ridgecrest Public Library this Saturday.

We know you'll learn something, and we hope to see you there supporting both Hyla Nursery and our local library! 🌿

I've been given an amazing opportunity to speak at the Ridgecrest Public Library about one of my favorite things... plants! 🌿📚

I'd love for you to stop by, support our library's programming, and spend an hour talking landscaping with me.

We'll cover topics like:
🌱 Choosing plants that thrive in our unique desert climate
💧 Water-wise gardening and irrigation tips
🌞 Overcoming the challenges of gardening in Ridgecrest
🌳 Creating beautiful landscapes that can handle our heat

If you know me, you know that when I'm not out in the garden, I usually have my nose in a book. I honestly can't think of a better way to spend an afternoon than being surrounded by books while talking about plants. That's my little slice of heaven.

✨ Another Synthetic Turf Project Completed! ✨

This project actually started with a visit to Hyla Nursery. The homeowners were looking for plants and ended up checking out our synthetic turf display. After seeing it in person and feeling how comfortable it was, they decided turf was the right choice for their backyard.

For this project, we:
✔️ Removed the old lawn area
✔️ Graded and prepared the site
✔️ Installed a new concrete border
✔️ Installed premium synthetic turf

The result is a beautiful, low-maintenance lawn that stays green year-round and uses a fraction of the water of a traditional lawn.

If you've been curious about synthetic turf, stop by Hyla Nursery to see and feel it in person. It's one thing to see pictures online it's another to experience it for yourself.
