💙 A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing customers! 💙

Your support of our pool business means more to our family than you know. Because of you, we’re able to not only continue growing our business, but also give back and reinvest in the things that matter most to our family and community.

We’re so proud to support our daughter’s softball league and these incredible young athletes! 🥎💪 Seeing them learn, grow, build confidence, and be part of a team is something we’re honored to help support.

When you choose to support our small business, you’re supporting our family, and helping us pour back into our community. ❤️

Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and being part of our journey. We appreciate every single one of you!

Last Call for Pump Motors!!!
The single speed pump motors are just about to be a thing of the past. They went out of production in September and we have very few left on the shelf. Thank the Department of Energy for that one. If you have a motor that could use replacing or if you want to store one until it’s needed, let me know now. Otherwise, you’ll have no choice but to replace the pump with a variable speed pump and it will cost 2-3 times the price. This change to variable speed pumps isn’t necessarily a bad change, but it’s a costly one upfront. Electric bills are being reported as saving $50-$75 monthly with them. But if that’s not your cup of tea, I say once again, last call for single speed motors!!

Freezing temperatures are approaching this weekend. Please make sure that you take the necessary precautions for your swimming pool setup. The overall goal is to make sure the filter pump runs during the freezing temperatures. Water will not be cold enough to freeze if it’s moving. Cleaner pumps do not need to run as the main filter pump already pushes water through those lines as it’s running. Water feature pumps need to either run or be prepped properly to be off. Heaters do not need to run. The only pipes that need to be wrapped are the ones that are attached to fill lines. Many pools have a brass anti-siphon valve attached to an outside house bib that is used to add water to your pool. If for some reason, you lose power for an extended period (2+ hours), turn the breakers off to the pool equipment and then remove the pump lids, remove pump drain plugs (many have 2), remove filter drain plug, open air relief valve on the filter, open the chlorine feeder lid if you have one, remove the heater drain plug, undo plumbing unions if you see them. The more things you can open so as to allow water to escape the plumbing system the better. Keep all orings and plugs in a safe spot so they can be replaced correctly afterwards. If any or all of this overwhelms you, jump on a flight to Florida or Mexico or wherever your heart desires and forget you have a pool. We’ll be here to help you get it back together when you return home.

Be careful everyone. We did Not receive the rain last night as was projected. Lots of pools missed out on the free water. Lots of pools are low on water now. Be sure to add some of that expensive city water now. Don’t burn up your pumps waiting on rain.
