These photos perfectly capture who Carlos is as a leader.

Here he is helping one of our sales team members work through options for a customer. As our Sales Manager, Carlos is constantly sharing his knowledge, supporting the team, and making sure our employees and customers have what they need to succeed.

Leadership isn’t always found in meetings or titles. Sometimes it’s found leaning over a sample board, helping someone find the right answer.

We’re lucky to have Carlos on our team.

Had a great time at the HBAR Co****le Tournament last night. Thankful for the opportunity to spend time with so many builder and trade partners and enjoy a little friendly competition along the way.
