On Wednesday we held the official groundbreaking on our latest property development, Harbor Vista Phase 2! Thanks to a little improvisiation and effort from everyone to still attend despite the weather, it was an amazing morning sharing some of the background of the project, shouting out everyone who has helped bring this project to life, and getting excited for what’s to come.

Thank you to the City of Portsmouth, VA Government for your continued collaboration and trust in The Breeden Company and Breeden Construction to continue creating more quality housing for your amazing residents. Cheers to the next 14 months of making this community a reality!

A few weeks ago Al Hanks, Safety Compliance Manager, represented Breeden Construction at ABC Virginia's Meet the Committees Networking + Social Hour! (Associated Builders and Contractors - Virginia Chapter)

It is always great to connect with committee leaders and fellow industry professionals to learn more about how ABC-VA's committees support members and advance the merit shop construction industry. Thank you to ABC-VA for a great evening, and thank you Al for being such a great representation of our team!
