Creative Flooring Solutions(CFS) was founded by Ralph Costen, Jr., Tripp Costen and Marc Vest in October 2013. In January 2014, CFS opened an office and warehouse facility in the East end of Richmond near the Richmond International Airport. This location was selected so that our company would be easily accessible to service the Williamsburg and Newport News areas in addition to the Richmond and su
rrounding areas. The business plan behind the creation of CFS is to focus all of its energy on the commercial and multi-family property management industry. Our strategy is to bring the absolute best products, installation services and knowledge to the property management industry at the lowest cost available. We have been able to achieve our goals through partnerships with our manufacturers. We are very excited to have these top quality manufacturers in our court. In a short period of time, we have been able to acquire contracts with dozens of properties and have been able to save our property managers money. Additionally, we offer higher quality materials than our competition allowing them more turns per unit. We take our roll in this industry seriously and this includes the need to have a qualified quality installation staff. To ensure that we achieve and maintain this status we require all of our installers to regularly attend installation courses available within the industry so they are knowledgeable with the latest advancements in our product offerings and how they are installed. This simple policy reduces call backs to jobs and reduces lost time. CFS’s commitment and dedication to quality service, product and installation is sure to be second to none and we look forward to developing and maintaining a valuable relationships for many years to come.
