Four weeks ago my grandson broke something in a room I rarely go into. While I watched him clean up the mess, I looked up and saw a stain on the ceiling. Immediately, I knew it was a roof problem. I am a picky gal and got quotes from five different companies in the Knoxville area. One company representative even broke my attic ladder, I kid you not. I narrowed it down to two companies. Both highly rated but decided on Josh Morris from Boots on Roofs. We settled on a start date and boy o boy, he got it done. Sounds silly but a couple of days before he began I asked how loud it would be because my cats don’t like noise. He said it would be loud and maybe my cats needed to go visit friends. I trusted him so I shipped them off for two days. My roof was complicated because of all the angles. Josh predicted a day and a half and that is exactly what it took. This was my first ever roof replacement but dang, Josh delivered. My neighbors took pictures of his truck, marveled at the efficiency and have tucked his information into their phones for the future. Before I finish, let me tell you that of all the five quotes his was the best. And because he is a kind and gentle soul, he fixed my attic ladder (remember another company rep broke it), changed a lightbulb I couldn’t reach and even took my trash to the curb for pick up. Give this guy and his company Boots on Roofs Maryville a try, you WILL NOT. Be disappointed. It was a pleasure doing business with Josh. You are awesome.

I self contracted and built my home 20 years ago. Since then I have had other subs here to do work involving anything from carpentry to masonry. It is no exaggeration to say that Josh and his crew were the BEST that have ever stepped foot on my property. From the time he came and gave an estimate on the job (roof and gutter replacement with gutter guards) to the day they arrived and tackled the roof, everything went just as he said it would. No surprises, no unexpected issues, just Josh and his crew busting their butts to get the job done. And when it was all finished, it was almost as if they had not been there. I have NEVER had a work crew leave the site as picked up and clean as his did. He is polite, honest, and cares about what he does. If you are looking for a roofing contractor that does what he says and you know what to expect, call Josh. He can explain it all, he can get the job completed and when all done you will have the confidence that it is done RIGHT!

I’m not sure what else can be said about Josh and his team at Boots on Roofs for the greater Knoxville/Maryville area that hasn’t already been said in other reviews.There’s a reason why you can’t/won’t find negative reviews on here, and he and his teams work on our home shows why. Josh seems like an honest man who cares about his work and making the customer happy.Even when I was unsure about the color of shingles I wanted for our project Josh took the time to go over the options with me and even did a last minute switch when I realized I wanted a different color 2 days before the project date.His team was quick and even though they were quick, the craftsmanship of the work really speaks for itself. They also did a wonderful job at cleaning the debris from my yard!Overall, Josh and his team would make a wonderful addition to your future roof project and totally deserves all the wonderful things people are saying about his business!

I highly recommend using Boots on Roofs! They replaced our old roof for a fair price and thanks to Ken's recommendations the entire house looks updated! The crew works well together which makes them extremly fast and either Ken or Josh are there to oversee and help out. You can't go wrong with Boots on Roofs!

Had a small leak coming from my vent pipe on my roof. Ken and Josh quickly replaced the boot and even fixed a loose shingle for me for an unbelievable price. They looked over the rest of my roof and said that everything else was in good shape. They are extremely upfront and honest. They are truly there to help people out and make friends and connections. Any other roof or gutter issues and/or when it comes time to replace my roof, I am absolutely reaching out to Josh and Ken at Boots on Roofs!
