For our August Employee Spotlight, we're excited to feature Sam Sabido, Senior Project Engineer at Alten Construction. Sam has been with the company for 2 years, and his hard work and dedication have made a meaningful impact on the team and projects across the region.

A California native, Sam grew up in Terra Linda and went on to attend Loyola Marymount University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics. Before beginning his career in construction, he gained experience in IT, technical support and manufacturing.

In his role as a Senior Project Engineer, Sam enjoys learning new things, tackling complex problems and embracing the new challenges that each day brings. He values the opportunity to continually grow his skills while contributing to the success of each project.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and participating in CrossFit.

We're grateful for Sam's dedication and the expertise he brings to Alten Construction and look forward to many more years ahead!

The final phase of a project is about more than handing over the keys. From final walkthroughs to warranty information, we take the time to make sure every detail is in order. A project handover is an important part of ensuring our clients are ready to enjoy their new space from day one. A successful project doesn’t end when construction is complete, it ends when our clients can confidently step into their new building and know it’s ready for what comes next.
