Priority1 HVAC was dispatched to a new construction home where the homeowner was experiencing significant cooling issues—especially in areas with high sun exposure. The home was so uncomfortable that the homeowner was considering re-listing the property for sale.

Several HVAC companies had already inspected the system but failed to identify the root cause. Upon inspection, Priority1 HVAC quickly diagnosed the issue: an oversized coil had been installed during the original installation by another contractor.

Our team replaced the coil with one properly matched to the system, resulting in a 40% improvement in cooling performance. The homeowner immediately noticed a dramatic increase in comfort and was thrilled to finally have a lasting solution.
