When our company was first conceived in the mid 1980's, our primary function was providing perlite for the agriculture industry. As time has come and gone, we now specialize in products having to do with water filtration, waste solitification, light concete aggregate, cryogenics, insulation, ETC.

Our N-40 perlite is developed for pool bases and cement applications, with larger particles in the 6 to 12 mesh range.

Two perlite grades can serve filter presses without serving exactly the same filtration need.

Our industrial perlite range includes two distinct options:
• N-10: Fine particles for fine filtration in rotary vacuum filters and filter presses.
• N-20: Our coarsest filter media, used primarily in filter presses, particularly for wastewater applications.

Both support solids separation, but their particle profiles and intended applications differ.

Your filtration equipment has an important working layer: the perlite filter cake.

Our N-10 perlite filter aid uses fine particles to form a layer that captures solids while allowing liquid to pass through. Rather than leaving the filtration workload to the supporting filter surface alone, that perlite layer becomes an active part of the separation process.
