These clients wanted to have some tile and the lvp removed in their master bedroom. Once removed we then installed new 2 1/4” red oak. We began to sand it down to bare wood and did a custom stain color. Once the stain was dried and finish was ready to be applied, we put done Bona Waterbourne traffic Hd in a Matte sheen giving it that perfect finished look for their home.

This floor was getting a bit worn over the past 20 years. We sanded this 3 1/4” red oak nice and flat and then applied an oil polyurethane finish in a satin sheen.

Another beautiful red oak 2 1/4” hardwood was installed, sanded, and finished. We had to build up the subfloor because the existing hardwood was installed to match the height of the tile in the foyer. After installing the new subfloor, we began lacing the new hardwood into the entrance of the dining room to create a seamless transition. Once the installation was complete, we sanded the floor down to bare wood and applied Weathered Oak stain. Finally, we applied Bona’s three-step waterborne polyurethane in a satin sheen.

And that’s a wrap for these clients. We did the upstairs a few months back and then booked us again for the summertime to have their first floor done. This floor we didn’t have anything to do but sand this wood down. Once it was ready for finish, we applied Bona’s three step Waterbourne polyurethane in a satin sheen giving these floors a beautiful finish look.

This multi-width red oak floor underwent a remarkable transformation. We meticulously sanded it down to a smooth and even surface, occasionally adding walnut plugs where some had popped out during the sanding process. Once the sanding was complete and the floor was ready for staining, we applied Coffee Brown stain color by Duraseal. After the stain dried, we then applied a three-step Bona Waterborne polyurethane in a satin sheen, resulting in an exceptional and visually appealing finish.

This homeowner extended her hardwood floors into her dining room area and did an amazing installation job! We came in to do the finishing work and it came out gorgeous. We matched the old stain as best as possible due to age. We applied Duraseal Chestnut and then applied an oil base polyurethane in a satin sheen to match.

This prefinished oak was looking a bit wore down and the client wanted to change the color. We sanded this floor nice and flat and then applied a 50/50 Duraseal stain mix using Special Walnut and Neutral making it the perfect color for these floors. Once the stain dried, we applied Bona Traffic Hd in a satin sheen giving it the a beautiful luster.

This client loved our work so much from 6 years ago that she wanted more done. This time we did a bedroom and a hallway for her. We sanded this floor nice and flat, then applied Bona Traffic Hd in Semi-Gloss to match with the living room.
