Joe Buscemi joined Pavement Solutions in October 2026 as Illinois Sales Manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry across consulting and sales roles. With a background in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University, Joe combines industry expertise with a strong understanding of customer needs and project goals. His experience allows him to build lasting relationships with customers and help guide them toward pavement solutions that fit their properties and priorities.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks, golfing, fishing, and attending live music events.
