🎉BWS turned 15 this week! 🎉

Fifteen years ago, this company started with a dream, and a willingness to do whatever it took to keep moving forward. The early days weren’t always easy and every penny mattered. Those moments built the foundation of who we are today.

What stands out most over the past 15 years is the people. The teammates who show up every day ready to work hard, the clients who trusted us as we learned and grew, and the partners and friends who supported us along the way. BWS has always been about people first, and that’s what has carried us here.

A few years ago, we took a leap and reimagined the business, opening the door to an exciting new chapter. Today, we’re stronger than ever and energized for what’s ahead.

🎉Today we’re proud to celebrate Daniel and his promotion into a management role!

Daniel has earned this opportunity through his hard work, consistency, and the way he shows up for his teammates every day. He leads by example, asks lots of questions, cares about people, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Over the past few years, we’ve been fortunate to promote FIVE crew leaders into management roles! We call days like this Polo Day, and they never get old!
