Meet the guy behind the scenes.

Sixteen years ago, Chance Patton started Contour Landscapes with a simple idea: outdoor spaces in Fort Bend County deserve to be beautiful.

Since then, he’s led the design and build of hundreds of outdoor living spaces across Fulshear, Katy, Richmond, Sugarland, and surrounding areas - from stone patios and water features to full front-yard transformations (yes, including our favorite fall pumpkin displays 🎃).

Chance enjoys seeing every Contour project come to life from the design table all the way through to the final reveal. There’s a difference between a yard that is landscaped and one that is designed with intention. And he’s not just in the office, you can often find him driving a hammer and digging in the dirt.
