- redo all the copper piping for shower
- install tub
- tile walls and floor
- install toilet and vanity, with plumbing support

We recently finished up some work on a flip house in Mechanicsville. 2 bathrooms, and some work in the kitchen.

This is the master bath. We started with everything down to studs and subfloor. We had to replace the 2nd layer of subfloor due to water damage. Re-piped all copper plumbing to shower. Custom tile installed on walls, pan and curb. Shower head had a waterfall and a rainfall feature. This one turned out nice.

2 new decks on the backside of this house. A main 12' x 16' off of the back door, and an 8' x 8' off of the master bedroom. For the master bedroom, we also took out a window and replaced with a new exterior door for access. The Customer was spot on with that 2nd deck!

Out with the old rotted landscape ties and in with the new planter walls. Had to finish this one up today (Saturday) as yesterday was way too hot. I had to quit at 11am Friday due to the extreme heat.
