Congratulations to Lexar Homes of Tri Cities and Elijah Family Homes Family Homes on the incredible progress at Sunrise Village, a community bringing stability, healing, and hope to families on their recovery journeys. Sunrise Village August Update 🏡🌅
Sunrise Village is no longer just a collection of houses. It's becoming a neighborhood.
This week brought exciting progress both inside and outside the cottages. Interior painting has been completed, plumbers and electricians are putting the finishing touches on fixtures and lighting, and crews are pouring sidewalks and preparing outdoor spaces that will soon connect each home. Landscaping is beginning, and with every new detail, it's becoming easier to imagine families walking these paths, children playing outside, and neighbors encouraging one another on their recovery journeys.
We also have another milestone to celebrate! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we've now raised over $1,040,000 toward our $1.5 million goal. Every gift is helping transform this vision into a place where families can experience stability, healing, and hope.
There is still work ahead, but with each passing week, Sunrise Village looks less like a construction project and more like the vibrant community we've dreamed of creating. Thank you for believing in this mission and helping make it possible. 💙
