🌿 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JACOB BELCHER 🌿
Meet Jacob Belcher, one of our awesome Crew Leaders! Jacob has been part of the Everything Exterior team for the past year and a half, and if you ask him what he enjoys most about the job, he’ll tell you it’s seeing the finished product after putting in the hard work. There’s just something about a freshly cut lawn that never gets old. 😎
One thing Jacob really appreciates about working at Everything Exterior is the teamwork. He says the bond between the team is stronger than anything he experienced at previous jobs, and that everyone is willing to help each other through the tough days.
For Jacob, the best part of the job isn't just the work itself—it’s the people. Whether he's joking around with a coworker during a tough day or talking with a customer, those interactions are what make him look forward to coming to work.
One customer interaction in particular has stuck with him. Jacob once worked on a yard that an elderly couple was struggling to maintain. After putting in the work to get the yard looking its best, the couple came outside and were so surprised by the transformation that the woman started crying. That moment has stayed with Jacob ever since.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys being outdoors, playing video games, and playing Magic: The Gathering. And if you ever challenge him to Super Smash Bros., you might want to bring your A-game. 😂
A fun fact about Jacob: he's double-jointed in every finger except his thumbs!
We're grateful to have Jacob on the team and appreciate the hard work, positive attitude, and care he brings to every yard. 💚
