We recently reached a major milestone on the City of Roanoke, Texas Government's new Downtown Parking Garage with the completion of the final concrete pour.

To celebrate, we gathered with project partners and team members for a topping out lunch and recognized the hard work and collaboration that have made this progress possible. Thank you to the City of Roanoke and GFF for your partnership throughout this project. We are proud to be part of this important addition to the community.

Mission Waco Creekside is transforming 63 acres into a master-planned development designed to serve veterans and unhoused individuals. Phase 1 is complete, delivering critical infrastructure, 35 homes, and essential community facilities that lay the foundation for more than 350 future homes.

A great day in Van Alstyne as we celebrated the opening of the new Charles and Beth Williams Elementary School. We were honored to be joined by the Williams family, whose legacy is recognized through the school's name. Families then had the chance to explore the campus during Meet the Teacher. We are proud to have served as Construction Manager and thankful for our partnership with WRA Architects, Inc. on delivering another great school for Van Alstyne Independent School District.

A great day in McGregor! We joined McGregor ISD to celebrate the ribbon cutting and grand opening of their new junior high school and high school gymnasium. We're proud to have served as Construction Manager Agent on this project, teaming with Corgan Inc. to help deliver facilities that will support students, athletes, and the entire McGregor community.

We celebrated alongside the community and were joined by students from the Robotics and Health Science programs, who showcased the bright future this facility will help support. We were honored to join Anderson-Shiro CISD this week for the beam signing celebration of their new elementary school.
