L.R. Johnson is a multi-generation family-owned business. Lloyd R. Johnson started working in the construction industry in 1942. His son, Lee R. Johnson, incorporated the company in 1974. Lee's son, Gene R. Johnson, began working in the construction industry in 1983 and is now president of L.R. Johnson Construction. Since its inception, the company has continued to experience growth under the guidance of the Johnson family. Our services include demolition, rough and fine grading, paving and storm drain work. Our work includes large, private, commercial, residential, and industrial projects. We place a priority on completing each job with the highest standard of professionalism - from the bid right through to the completion of each project. Operator Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and safety focused heavy equipment operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience operating a variety of equipment including excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, water trucks, scrapers and more.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Ability to read site plans and grade stakes
• Be able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus
