NOW HIRING: HEAVY EQUIPMENT / DIESEL MECHANIC 🔧

Kyle Erwin Construction (KEC) is looking for a dependable, self-motivated mechanic to join our team and report to our Boyd, Texas yard.
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around heavy diesel equipment and yellow iron and can take ownership of keeping our fleet running and ready to work.

Position includes:
- Heavy diesel and heavy equipment repair
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Preventative maintenance and scheduled services
- Hydraulic, electrical, engine, and drivetrain repairs
- Field repairs as needed
- Maintaining equipment to a high standard
- Working independently and staying ahead of needed repairs

Schedule:
- 5-day work week
- Alternating Saturdays
- Full-time position

What we’re looking for:
- Heavy diesel / yellow iron experience
- Self-motivated and able to work without being constantly supervised
- Dependable and takes pride in their work
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Organized and able to prioritize repairs
- Team player with a good work ethic

We run a variety of dozers, excavators, motor graders, skid steers, loaders, scrapers, trucks, and other construction equipment.

If you’re a mechanic who takes pride in keeping equipment working instead of waiting for someone to tell you what needs to be done, we want to talk to you.

Kyle Erwin Construction is looking for a dependable Tractor Driver / Equipment Operator to join our growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Mow pipeline and utility rights-of-way
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Safely operate tractors with batwing mowers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and professionalism

Qualifications:
✔ Experience operating agricultural or construction equipment preferred
✔ Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
✔ Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
✔ Willingness to travel when needed
