We built this three bedroom home two car garage home through last winter . Features are Diamond Kote smart siding, cedar entry with stone pillars. On the inside large walk in shower . The spacious kitchen with all modern appliances . In the master bedroom recessed lighting behind the crown molding.
In four season room a gas fireplace with grey washed white pine planking and trim. In the living ing room another gas fireplace with box beam accents . In the lower level wet bar , gas fireplace and sauna. This was a bit more challenging but a fun build,

Well it’s been a busy summer here are some photos of what we have been up to. These pictures are for a seven bedroom ,three bathroom home remodel with two additions . Featuring large walk in shower with soaking tub , double bowl vanity and herringbone floor. We also had some beautiful white ash ceilings.

It has been a pleasure building your dream home.
The weather was great and the two of you were simply wonderful clients!

I also want to thank Ryan owner of Minocqua Wood Products. Ryan worked with us to give us just the right look.

Featured on the living room ceiling, coffer ceiling and bar is white birch paneling. Ryan custom made all the trim and stair parts out of oak. He also custom finished the oak doors.

We gave this house a major face lift.
At the end of the photos are what the home looked like previously.
We installed Princeton thin veneer real stone topped with a Indiana ledge stone. We sealed all the stone with low gloss concrete sealer.
We replaced the vinyl siding with Shaker Town clear red cedar shakes and 6 inch cedar bevel lap siding.
All the cedar was back coated and had two face coats of Proluxe Sikkens Light Oak stain.
We also replaced the decking on the house to Sylvanix brand maintenance free decking.
It was a fun project! A big thanks to al those who helped!

This screen porch ceiling was a unique project. Due to a leaky roof our clients decided to open up the ceiling. The ceiling is western red cedar and the box beams are white pine.
We purchased the pre finished lumber from Minocqua Wood Products.
With thirty plus years as a carpenter under my tool belt I would consider their pre fished lumber products as outstanding!

The last few months we renovated this home after a fire left it extensively damaged.
We brought it back to life after it was stripped to bare studs and joist.
We faced many challenges. , but now Paul and his wife Becky have all that behind them.
