High Desert Edible Landscapes We Build & Install Custom Raised Garden Beds In South-East Idaho

3 reasons why you should grow a garden:

1. Health

When you grow your own food on a small scale, you have greater control over the soil quality, as well as the ability to produce chemical-free food. You also have access to fresh food, as opposed to food that was harvested days, weeks, or even months before ending up in the grocery store. This results in more nutrient-dense foods that positively impact your health.

2. Environment

Growing your own food removes the process of having your food transported, sometimes halfway across the world to reach you, thus entirely eliminating the pollution from transporting goods. It also reduces your dependence on conventional large-scale agriculture, which exploits land, destroys native plants and animals, and robs the soil of its fertility.

3. Security

Having access to local food creates stability and self-sufficiently, reducing your dependence on a fragile system that is impacted by external events such as natural disasters, economic price shifts, and international trade conflicts.

- aspiring homesteaders
- self-sufficient minded individuals
- people who want to live a healthier lifestyle
- those who want to save $ on energy & grocery bills
- environmentalists
- those who want sustainable landscape designs

I can share permaculture strategies that will help you:

- decrease w**ds, pests, & diseases, all organically
- decrease water usage
- decrease work
- increase food yields
- create healthier soil
- grow/raise healthier foods
- maximize efficiency
- find the best placement for design elements

A consultation is best for those who want to learn about how using permaculture principles can help them, or who are seeking advice.

A design is best for those who want a landscape design created for them. I can also help with the implementation of the design in summer, if desired.
