Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and a fireplace are all roughed-in and inspections passed for this beautiful custom home. Its nestled on a spacious 5 acres at Hope Estates, just outside of Rexburg.

Framing of the basement and main floors is just about finished on this 7,900 sqft custom home on 4 acres in Hibbard. These 12ft ceilings and 8 ft tall windows are going to make for such a stunning and bright living space.

We are over two months into building this beautiful custom home just a stones throw from Hibbard Elementary School.

We are dried in and the plumbers and HVAC technicians have been hard at work this week.
We look forward to sharing this and the other incredible custom homes we are building in beautiful East Idaho and West Wyoming.

We are proud to be building this beautiful custom home in Hibbard. We just got it dried in and ready for some winter weather.

It's been absolutely delightful working with the family that will be calling this house their home very soon.

We love this beautiful, custom, hand-made balustrade and hand rail. It adds wonderfully to the asthetic of this part of the house. This with the 12 foot ceilings above the stairwell add a luxurious first impression as you first enter this custom built Rexburg home.
