Looking to fill two more positions on our crew!

We’re based out of Republic, Mo but are working on a massive project down in Hollister well into 2027. We’re looking for candidates that take pride in their work, do the right thing when no one is looking, and overall have a good attitude towards the end goals of each project.

We work a lot of hours in the heat, it’s not for the faint of heart, 5-6 days a week with 10-12 hour days. Starting pay is $20/h but is subject to change based on experience. Housing is available in Branson but not required to use.

I am beyond grateful for the direction the company is moving in, we’re growing rapidly, we’re onto our second crew in less than a month, and we’re hitting jobs that are incredible.

We are beyond blessed with the opportunities that God has blessed us with and continues to move forward us. Glory is all given to him for where we are and where we’re going.

The guys are working their tails off, sweating their tails off, and learning with me at the same time.

I appreciate all of our customers over the past 4 years and this is the big move I had been praying for. The realm of possibilities for Rayscapes is endless and I couldn’t be more grateful for my experiences with this.

We are currently seeking a Hardscape Laborer to join our team!!!

The ideal candidate will have experience in the field but isn’t required, and a positive attitude is essential for success in this role, particularly during the summer months. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our current project is located in Branson and is expected to continue for the remainder of the year. Housing accommodations are available for those who require them, although their use is not mandatory. Please be aware that this is physically demanding work that requires long hours in hot weather; however, our team's camaraderie helps maintain high morale.

Sometimes it isn’t about the neighbors,

Sometimes it’s about just having the commodity so the family can gather around to celebrate the Holiday, especially Easter. 🐰

Paver Patios, outdoor fire pit areas, outdoor kitchens, decks, etc, all offer something that sitting the house inside cannot. Outdoor peace, something about the cool breeze in the evening, the crackling of the fire, the kids laughing and giggling. Maybe we’re old fashioned but that’s peaceful to me. 🔥

We hope everyone had a great Easter celebrating the Resurrection, if it weren’t for him, we would not have the opportunities we do for building these outdoor living spaces and all our appreciation goes to him. ✝️
