Joseph did an excellent job replacing my garage door spring. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole process was smooth, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. On top of that, his pricing was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Joseph if you’re looking for reliable and quality work!

Joseph was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Our Wayne Dalton system gave out after about 6 years, and after reaching out to AAA through Thumbtack, Joseph responded quickly, came by the same day, and not only provided a fair quote but completed the installation on the spot.He upgraded us to a 10,000-cycle spring, which gave me a lot more confidence in the longevity of the system. What really stood out, though, was his commitment to getting everything just right. When I noticed the spring tension felt a bit high the next day, I reached out, and Joseph promptly came back and adjusted it without any hesitation.He’s clearly very experienced, knows his craft well, and takes the time to patiently answer every question without rushing. That level of professionalism and follow-through is hard to find.So far, I’m very happy with the work and the overall experience. I’ve already recommended Joseph to friends and will continue to do so. It’s always great to support local businesses that truly stand behind their work and take pride in what they do.

I got a quick response to my request for a quote. He explained my options and ramifications of my decision clearly. He did not try to oversell me and asked about discounts I might be eligible for. He did an excellent job repairing my garage door. He clearly explained any future issues that could arise based on the course of action I chose. Bonus: our dogs loved him. I will hire him again for any garage door work I need. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

When Joseph came by to give me a quote, he was very respectful and cordial. He was friendly and did not try to pressure me into using his company (there were other companies that said they would do it cheaper for cash or that they only offered the price for one day to force you to ). Joseph was very responsive to text messages. The following week, the technician Pedro came and replaced the garage door within 2 hours. Pedro himself was very nice and respectful. I am satisfied with the work done and had a good experience with both Joseph and Pedro. One small issue is that when I handed the check to a random employee, I didn’t get any acknowledgment or receipt until I contacted Joseph. But overall better experience than other garage companies I had dealt with.

Both cables came loose and completely off the drums while I was manually opening the garage door during a power outage. I tried reattaching them myself, but no matter what I did, the opener would just spin the drums the wrong way and they’d pop right back off.I found AAA Garage Door Services on Thumbtack and got an immediate callback. They offered a same-day onsite visit with a free quote, saying they could be there in 1–2 hours. They even called about 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on the way — super professional touch!Joseph showed up and delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He gave me a clear, detailed diagnosis, answered all my questions, and explained everything in plain English. After a quick negotiation on the quoted price, we settled on a very fair amount.The repair was fast and clean — cables properly re-wrapped, tension adjusted, door perfectly balanced, and the opener now runs smoothly with no more issues.
