At Our Kiley View Project - The Clubhouse wall and ceiling wood accents, are starting to be installed including the start of the cabinets and flooring. The first building’s roof is finishing including installation of the stairs and starting HVAC for the units; the site is now paved and most of the sidewalks are also poured with progress continuing as scheduled!

Celebrating Julie’s 2-Year Anniversary

At Our Kiley View Project: The Clubhouse interior is now being painted, with other finishes ongoing, and the exterior stucco of the clubhouse is being colored. The pool has been dug!

The 1st building at the entrance, BLDG #13, is now at the 3rd-floor framing stage, with the roof starting next week. Framing is ongoing at (3) other buildings.

Most of the site has also been paved, and the curbs and gutters have been poured.

Our new Summit Heights project will have 70 age- and income-qualified units. The site work has officially started, and we are looking forward to building another quality project in Reno.
