You don’t have to live with the poorly planned builder supplied landscaping.

Typically what you will find with these inherited landscapes are that the plants are installed right into the clay without any soil amendments leaving them to drown from poor drainage.
Poor plant choice is also far too common. The plant package includes plants not appropriate for the sun, shade, or moisture requirements needed for each individual shrub or tree.
The list can go on but we are sure you’ve already noticed several deficiencies in most new home build landscapes

This poolside landscape features a Texas Native river rock, Cedar mulch, and a raised feature bed built from Texas Moss Boulders. These materials and plant selection give the homeowners the look they requested along with a landscape that will require very little maintenance.
