From sitting on my mom Patty’s lap to sitting at the table as co-owner of Boardwalk Builders, I’ve truly been part of this story since day one.

Now as Project Developer, I get to be the first point of contact for our clients, helping turn their ideas into real plans (and hopefully making the process feel a little less intimidating and a lot more fun).

Outside of work, you can usually find me hanging out in town with Paul, completing home projects of my own, or exploring with my best girl, Kiwi 🐶.

Carrying on the legacy my mom started is something I’m really proud of and I love bringing my own spark and personality to Boardwalk while keeping the heart of what she built.

Our favorite Boardwalk Builders teenager is playing Varsity this year, and we couldn’t be prouder! Whether it’s donating to the program or simply showing up and cheering the girls on, your support makes a huge difference for these amazing athletes.

Happy Birthday to Our Kelsey !

Growing up, I was a little (a lot) jealous of her summer birthday… so I went ahead and had a baby on her birthday just to make it a shared celebration. Birthday twins. No big deal. 😎

Kelsey is the co-owner and project developer here at Boardwalk, but more than that—she’s the energy. The one who keeps things moving, brings the vibes, and somehow makes a potential project look fun (and effortless).

She’s smart, quick, creative, and always down for a good time—both in the office and out. We’re lucky to build alongside her every day.

Help us wish Kelsey and our office toddler, Sunny a very happy birthday today! 🎉

Hi, I’m Cassidy — GM at Boardwalk and co-owner, though you probably won’t see much of me on camera (I’m more behind-the-scenes logistics than front-facing flair). Kelsey expertly handles the client side, and I keep the wheels turning backstage — calendars, budgets, crews, chaos… you name it.

I’m also a mom, which means I’ve already mastered managing tiny and teenaged humans, multitasking, and navigating crisis-level snack negotiations — all excellent prep for construction life.

What really keeps me going? Our incredible team — truly the best people to work with every day — and the joy of helping clients turn their homes into dream spaces. That’s the good stuff.
