Turnstone Custom Homes

A new home in Rehoboth Beach, brought to life inside and out. Open-concept living, a kitchen finished with brass and gold accents, a sunroom that catches the light all day, and vaulted-ceiling bedrooms throughout.

But don't just take it from us. Here's what the clients told us after move-in: "Turnstone delivered a beautiful home on time and within budget, exceeding our expectations in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend Turnstone to anyone seeking a builder who combines professionalism, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to their clients."

Just completed and perfectly timed for summer ☀️🌊

Our most recently completed home in Dewey Beach is officially ready for its very first Memorial Day weekend — and we can’t imagine a better way to kick off the unofficial start of summer at the Delaware coast.

No worrying about parking. No long drives home after a beach day. Just mornings by the water, evenings with family and friends, and everything Dewey Beach has to offer right nearby.

There’s something extra special about spending your first summer in a brand new home built just in time for the season ahead.

Dreaming of your own coastal home? We’d love to help bring it to life.

Wishing everyone a happy, safe, and relaxing Memorial Day weekend!

Three. 🏆🏆🏆

Turnstone Custom Homes took home three 2026 HBADE Regal Awards Friday night — and we are still celebrating!

✅ Best Addition/Alteration/Renovation ($1.1M–$1.5M)
✅ Best Home Design – Remodeler
✅ Remodeling Excellence of the Year – Sussex County

The project behind all three awards? Shoreline Haven — a complete transformation of a Delaware coastal home. See the full gallery here: https://www.tchde.com/gallery-details/shoreline-haven

These awards don't belong to us — they belong to every homeowner who trusted us with their most important investment, and every member of the Turnstone team who shows up and does the work every single day.

Sussex County, we build here. We're proud to be recognized by our peers for doing it right.

22 YEARS. 🎊

From a small team with big ideas to the company we are today — what a ride it's been. We dug up this photo from 2012 and put it next to our crew today, and honestly? We love how far we've come.

To our team: you are everything. To our clients: thank you for choosing us to build the places where life happens. And to the next 22 years — we're just getting started. 💪
