This project was a major transformation inside and out.

The new homeowners wanted to do more than just update the appearance of this space. The existing room felt very short and cramped, especially along the outside walls where the low ceiling beams made the usable space feel even smaller.

We opened up the lower addition, framed the existing wall taller, reworked the roof and ceiling area, completed framing repairs and updates, installed a new standing seam steel roof, and finished the exterior with a cleaner board-and-batten look and updated trim details.

Inside, the room now feels much more open and usable, with updated drywall, lighting, steps, and a custom wood railing with wire panel infill.

A lot of work went into tying the new into the old while making the space feel cleaner, brighter, and more functional.

Another exterior project wrapped up by A+ Building Solutions LLC

This detached garage had existing vinyl siding that had been badly damaged by wind storms over the last year. We removed the damaged siding, installed new house wrap, and finished it off with clean white trim details and new vinyl siding.

The dark siding with the white trim gave this garage a sharp, clean look and brought the exterior back together.

With our recent cold stretch and accumulation of snow, many homes have a lot of weight on their roof and may be starting to form ice dams.

While most conventional roofing materials are made to shed water, they are not intended to be waterproof. Ice dams allow water to back up and be held on your roof, making your home susceptible to water damage.

Our team offers over a decade of roofing experience, to give you peace of mind that your home will be taken care of properly to ensure that no further damage occurs! We are licensed and insured, with all tools and equipment nexessary to remove your snow load (which also helps from ice dams progressing).

It should also be noted that ice damming does not typically occur on a properly functioning roof system. If your home has ice damming, you are most likely experiencing an insulation/ventilation issue that should be addressed before next winter.
