Strategic Project Oversight: Tim collaborates closely with our pre-production and field teams to review project checkpoints, clear site challenges, and authorize builds to move smoothly from planning to construction.
Quality & Cost Assurance: By partnering with our Project Coordinators on material review, bid approvals, and major project changes, Tim ensures that every scope of work aligns with our high standards and realistic financial models.
Permit & Operational Direction: Serving as the direct point of contact for complex pre-construction approvals and permit leadership, Tim provides clear guidance so our trade partners, field superintendents, and local municipalities always have absolute clarity.
Cultivating Excellence: Beyond the logistics, Tim fosters a culture of transparency, accountability, and proactive communication across the entire KRÄM family.
