We’re pleased to share photos from this year’s May Day Parade, a longstanding celebration along Woodside Road. This year was extra special — our founder and CEO, Bill Butler, brought back a piece of local history by acquiring the vintage fire truck featured in the parade. It was a perfect fit for a parade rooted in heritage and hometown pride. The Butler family has supported Woodside School and the Arts & Culture Committee for years, and it’s always an honor to join this beloved community tradition.

Honoring National Arbor Day with a bold move—literally. At our Great Parks Irvine project, we didn’t just plant trees—we preserved them. Last year, we carefully relocated five majestic, decades-old trees. Now settled and thriving, they remind us that with care, even the deepest roots can find new life.

Completed our first project of the year: the newly reimagined Roddy Galli Music Theatre at the Salesian Boys & Girls Club in SF—now an inspiring space for the next generation to explore music, theater, and recording. Grateful for our continued partnership with the Good Tidings Foundation, marking our 17th project together. The 900 SF renovation features sound‑proofing, new flooring and paint, updated lighting, fresh graphics, an upgraded sound room, and all‑new furnishings, including a TV and whiteboard. A meaningful way to kick off the year and a space the youth will truly make their own.
