WHAT’S THE CRAIC | MAY

1-2. A photoshoot with is always a good one! Design by studio, build by C&C.
3-5. Seabec coming along nicely and quick as ever. This staircase is a design we’ve never done before but it is quickly becoming a favorite…can’t wait to see it covered in white oak!
6-7. Smoke & Oak has trades fully involved so we can get to the next stage: cover. The expansive rear doors were installed this week too!
8. Cunningham South loves broadway shows and opted for Sound of Music for Mother’s Day.
9. Vanessa is back at again, making beautiful charcuterie boards ! If you’re local, you should definitely consider her for your next event - or even yourself!
10. Cheryl was off to Vegas to see the Orange County queen and her 90’s band perform at the sphere.
11. We can’t stop talking about this focaccia at .la…with those zesty dips and delicious cocktails? *chef’s kiss*

Jake’s C&C story started a little differently than most…⁠

As one of Liam’s longtime friends outside of the company, he originally came on helping with security and traffic control at one of our projects. Somewhere along the way, that turned into a real interest in construction and he is now officially part of the team!⁠

Working as an Assistant Superintendent helping out Ty in the LA/Palisade jobs, Jake is out in the field learning more and more every day. From helping keep projects moving to jumping in wherever needed. ⁠

This Beverly Hills, Mediterranean cliffside oasis is one to see. ⁠

The grand marble staircase sits at the heart of the home, across from the formal dining room the opens to the exterior side yard, where a beautiful stucco and precast outdoor fireplace rests. ⁠
⁠
The kitchen is warm and rich in color, adjacent to one of the best hallways in the home. Divided by an open-wall partition on the kitchen side, the mirrored-side of the hallway spans large, sliding glass doors that open to a large exterior courtyard. ⁠
⁠
Complete with 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, this 90210 retreat is certainly worth escaping too, especially with a backyard and pool like this one…⁠
