Meet our Construction Manager, Liam!
Liam joined C&C in 2021 after spending time working in the field for another family member’s construction company. Since then, he’s become one of those people who comes in, puts on his heavy metal, gets to work, and pretty much doesn’t come up for air until the end of the day.
Which is funny, because outside of work, that very serious version of Liam almost completely disappears. Music is still involved, though. After spending most of his childhood barely paying attention to it, somewhere around high school a switch flipped, and now we’re fairly convinced he knows the lyrics to almost every song, in every genre, ever written.
He’s also a big family guy, never misses a family event, and has become a pretty great uncle along the way. Working alongside his father, Micahel, is now a big part of his day-to-day, and while people often ask if working with family means they’re constantly butting heads, Liam and Michael have a genuinely respectful relationship. They trust each other, value what the other brings to the table, and have found a pretty natural rhythm working together, which isn’t something we take for granted in a family business.
And if you ever see him on a jobsite wearing another company’s hat or T-shirt…don’t worry, he still works here. Free advertising is apparently just another service Liam provides...
