Construction Inclusion Week highlights the importance of building jobsites where every person feels respected, valued, and included. As part of this effort, Superintendent Jason Schmidt led a Toolbox Talk on Respect and Inclusion at Norman Rockwell Elementary. His discussion reinforced how everyday actions and intentional communication help strengthen our culture and support safer, more collaborative project teams. Everyone has a role in creating an inclusive environment, and even small, consistent actions can make a meaningful difference.

Project Completion Highlight: Jubilant HollisterStier

We’re excited to mark major progress on the expansion of the Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane campus. The new 160,000 SF Line 4 facility adds advanced sterile injectable manufacturing capacity, expanded labs, packaging and warehouse space, and a centralized logistics center, all built to meet both U.S. FDA and EU regulatory standards.

The project also delivers critical site infrastructure, upgraded utilities, stormwater systems, and extensive earthwork to support high‑performance pharmaceutical operations. Campus circulation has been improved with new internal roadways, access points, and parking areas, all constructed within a secure environment that supports federal agency and DoD‑related work.

A significant milestone in strengthening domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Project Completion Highlight: Innovation Hall at Pacific Northwest University

Innovation Hall, completed in July 2025, is the newest addition to PNWU’s 70‑acre Yakima campus. This two‑story, 42,000 SF facility features a sustainable cross‑laminated timber (CLT) structure, bringing warm, exposed wood throughout the interior.

The building provides faculty offices, classrooms, and flexible teaching spaces tailored for medical education and collaborative learning. It has already become a campus hub, hosting events such as PNWU’s annual Research Symposium.

A sincere thank you to everyone who helped bring this modern, high‑performance academic space to life.

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of Grant County’s new 512‑bed jail facility, a modern, efficient campus designed to enhance safety, operations, and long‑term growth. The project includes a new Sheriff’s Office, Evidence Building, and regional K9 training facility, along with a phased remodel of the existing law and justice building to expand court services. Sized for future expansion and continuous operations, this milestone represents a major step forward in supporting the county’s justice system and community needs.
